Terms of Service

1. These terms

By creating an account or using NaijaLobby, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. NaijaLobby is operated by the NaijaLobby team and is available at naijalobby.com.

2. Who can use NaijaLobby

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission. If you buy or sell in the Shop, you must be 18 or have that guardian deal on your behalf.

One account per person. Do not create accounts to get around a restriction, and do not share your account with anyone else.

3. Your account

Use a real email address that belongs to you, and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account. If you think someone else has access, change your password and tell us at hello@naijalobby.com.

Your username, display name, avatar, bio and in game UID are visible to other members. Do not put anything private in them.

4. What you post

You keep ownership of what you post: your posts, photos, listings and messages. You give NaijaLobby permission to show that content inside the service so that the app works: on your profile, in the feed, in groups and in the Shop.

You are responsible for having the right to post it. Only upload images you took or are allowed to use.

5. The Shop

NaijaLobby is a place where buyers and sellers find each other. NaijaLobby is not the seller, does not own the items and does not guarantee any individual trade.

• No escrow. Payment happens directly between buyer and seller. NaijaLobby does not hold money and cannot reverse a payment.
• Sellers are reviewed. You cannot list items until your seller application is approved, and each listing is reviewed before it appears.
• Sell what you own. You must own the item, account or service you list, and describe it accurately.
• Deliver what was agreed. If the listing promised a quantity, a region or a timeframe, that is what the buyer is owed.
• Never ask for credentials. Asking a buyer for a password, email login or verification code is banned and will end your account.

6. Not allowed

The following will get content removed and can end your account:

• Stolen accounts, stolen items, or anything obtained by fraud or account theft.
• Scams of any kind, including taking payment without delivering.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeting someone for their identity.
• Sexual content, content involving minors, and anything illegal where you or we operate.
• Spam, mass messaging, and advertising other services without permission.
• Trying to break the service: scraping, rate limit evasion, probing for vulnerabilities, or interfering with other members' accounts.
• Impersonating NaijaLobby staff or another member.

7. Enforcement

When a rule is broken we may remove the content, issue a warning, restrict selling, suspend the account, or close it. Serious cases, such as scams or stolen accounts, may be closed immediately without a warning. You can ask why a decision was made by emailing us.

8. Games and trademarks

Free Fire, PUBG Mobile, Call of Duty Mobile and any other game named on NaijaLobby belong to their respective owners. NaijaLobby is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them. Your use of those games is governed by their own terms, and breaking those terms is your risk, not ours.

9. Availability and changes

NaijaLobby is offered as it is. Features may change, break or be removed, and the service may be unavailable while we work on it. We may update these terms; when we do, the date at the top changes and continued use means you accept the new version.

10. Limits of our responsibility

NaijaLobby does not control what members do, and is not responsible for what a buyer or seller does outside the service. To the extent the law allows, NaijaLobby is not liable for lost items, lost money, lost game accounts, or indirect losses arising from a trade between members.

Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live that cannot be excluded.

11. Ending your account

You can close your account at any time from settings. We may keep records we need for safety, fraud prevention or legal reasons after closure. If we close your account for breaking these terms, you may not create another one.

12. Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are intended to be handled by Nigerian courts. Confirm this with a lawyer before relying on it, especially if you operate from another country.
