Talk to a person.
No ticket numbers and no queue. Email reaches the people who build NaijaLobby, and you do not need an account to send one.
Email is the only support channel. There is no phone line and no WhatsApp support, and anyone offering one in our name is not us.
What to put in your message
A specific email gets a specific answer. These four things save a round trip.
Common reasons people write
Account help
Cannot sign in, wrong email on the account, username change, or trouble updating your profile.
Report a member
Harassment, hate, scams or stolen accounts. Include the username and what was said.
Shop and sellers
A trade that did not deliver, a listing that looks fake, or a question about becoming a seller.
Restrictions
If your account was limited and you want to understand why, ask. Include your username.
Still signed in and want it in the app?
Use the in-app support form and it stays with your account, which saves you explaining who you are. Open in-app support. If you cannot sign in, email is the route that always works.
How fast do you reply
Every message is read by a person. Simple questions usually get an answer within a few days. Reports about safety, scams or a compromised account are looked at first, so say clearly in the subject line if yours is one of those.
If you are reporting a scam, do it even if you think it is too late. Stopping that account is what protects the next buyer.
Business and press
The same address reaches us: hello@naijalobby.com. Say what you need and who you represent, and we will route it.
